⚠ Internal prototype · B1 is compliance-critical — it delivers the disclosure and starts the 7-day clock

IMMEDIATEB1 · ★ COMPLIANCE-CRITICAL
You're in. Do these 3 things now.
Confirmation, your calendar invite, and the document most programs hope you never read.

You're registered, {{first_name}}. {{webinar_date}} at {{webinar_time}}.

1. Put it on your calendar. [Google] · [Outlook] · [iCal]

2. Read our disclosure document. We're a real business opportunity, which means the FTC requires we hand you a one-page disclosure — our refund policy, our legal history, and real members you can call before you ever pay us a dollar.

[→ Read the disclosure document]
Most programs in this space hope you never ask for this. We lead with it.

3. Hit reply and tell me one thing: why did you register? One sentence is fine. I read them, and it changes what I cover.

One more thing — stay to the end and you get the Fast-Start Toolkit (the First-Deal-in-14-Days sprint plus my statement analysis cheat sheet). Live attendees only.

See you Thursday.

Job: confirm + deliver disclosure (starts the 7-day clock) + micro-commitment · Build: hosted PDF link, NOT an attachment (deliverability) · stamps disclosure_delivered_at in GHL · that timestamp drives every unlock and countdown downstream
The reframe that makes this work: a legally-required disclosure looks like friction until you notice what's in it — refund policy, clean legal history, real members to call. Then it's the single most credible thing in the funnel. The competitor makes aggressive earnings claims with no formal disclosure anywhere. Leading with ours is both compliant and a flex.
DAY BEFOREB2 · pre-work
Tomorrow: bring a pen (and one number)
Know this before you sit down and the session hits differently.

{{first_name}} — small ask before tomorrow.

Know your number. What you earned last month. Not what you'd like to earn — what actually landed.

Have it in your head, because at about the twenty-minute mark I'm going to put a curve on screen and ask you to compare it to that number. It's an uncomfortable exercise. It's also the entire reason I do these.

Also: stick around to the end. I demo the system that opens merchant doors — the piece nobody else in this industry has — and everyone still on gets the Fast-Start Toolkit.

MORNING OFB3 · stakes
Tonight: the machine, live
Three things you'll see that you can't unsee.

Tonight, {{webinar_time}}. Here's what you're walking into:

1. Where the money actually goes on every card swipe — and the seat almost nobody knows is open.
2. A live statement review. The one skill this whole business runs on.
3. The AI system our people walk in with instead of a cold pitch. This is the sixty seconds most people remember.

It either clicks for you tonight or it doesn't. Both are useful answers.
